Developer - Android

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of Native Android application development experience.

Responsibilities:

  • * Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
  • * Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
  • * Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
  • * Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • * Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Skills:

  • * Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

Architect- Fintech / Financial services

Key Responsibilities:

  • * Conduct preliminary discussions with client to help them understand the platform.

  • * Create proposed solution artefacts (documents/presentations/MPVs) to help the client understand how platform will fit into their overall landscape.

Qualifications:

  • * 3+ years’ relevant experience in developing, designing & managing Technical projects, preferably in the Mobile/Ecommerce/Payments industry.
  • * Proven work experience as a Technical Architect.
  • * Hands-on experience with System Integrations & Server to Server communications.
  • * Good understanding of strategic IT solutions.
  • * Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. JavaScript, Java, PHP, Python).
  • * Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL).

Risk Manager

Objectives

The Head of Risk Management is in-charge of building a sound internal control system and governance policies. He also has overall responsibility for developing enterprise risk measurement tools to ensure that all identified risk exposures are monitored in consistent with BayanPay’s overall strategic objectives and guidelines set by the Board of Directors.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Accountable for meeting all risk project objectives within agreed timescales and budget.
  2. Responsible to understand regulatory requirements and conduct Gap Analysis based on “where we are” and ‘where we want to be”.
  3. Recommending methodology and direction to improve decision-making, support business growth, and to identify and evaluate BayanPay exposure risks.
  4. Structuring a comprehensive “Portfolio Dashboard Report” for ongoing monitoring of BayanPay business performance to ensure proper risk-control tools and process are in place to mitigate any emerged risks.
  5. Reviewing BayanPay’s Policy & Procedures to ensure all required internal controls are properly documented as per regulatory requirements.
  6. Designing Risk Framework Components, including: Risk Scoring and Risk Appetite across BayanPay product services.
  7. Conducting a periodic enterprise risk assessment across all BayanPay business lines and product services to update senior management, risk committee & board members with the required corrective measurements to be implemented.
  8. Define Risks Parameters, i.e. for evaluating, categorizing, and prioritizing risks.
  9. Monitoring the effective implementation of all regulatory requirements.

Qualification Requirements

  1. Degree in Finance or Business Administration with a minimum experience of 5 years in risk managemen.
  2. Experience of Finance/Risk Assessment.
  3. Knowledgeable with data modeling.
  4. Strong Leadership & Management Skills.
  5. Familiar with technology operations used.

Key Accounts Manager (KAM)

The Key Accounts Manager role is to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. Account managers will be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customer relationships by comprehending their requirements to achieve a high client satisfaction.

Bayan Payments Accounts Manager is the person in charge of managing the relationships with its key customers to grow our business. Key activities may involve, but not limited to, project management, strategic planning, negotiation, sales support, product design, service integration, logistics, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote BayanPay's solutions and achieve customer delight. Your overall goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing BayanPay business to achieve long-term success.

Principal accountabilities are:

  • 1. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, to meet the business objectives.
  • 2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • 3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • 4. Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • 5. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

  • 7. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams & vendors.
  • 8. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

  • * Handle, review and verify all applications for client on-boarding within available SLAs
  • * Work closely with checker to ensure an effective 2 eye 4 eye customer due diligence process
